Ashwini Jagtap is an Indian politician and the first woman MLA from the Chinchwad Assembly constituency. She is the widow of late Laxman Pandurang Jagtap, a respected political leader. Continuing his legacy, Ashwini Jagtap was elected as a Member of the 14th Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, where she represents the people of Chinchwad with dedication and commitment.

Her leadership reflects a blend of compassion and determination, focusing on the welfare of citizens, development of the region, and empowerment of women.
